Hi, I’m Susie—also known as Grammy—and welcome to GrammysWorldofJoy.com.

This is my home for the projects that bring me joy: writing, art, recipes, AI, and helping people discover more of who they already are.

These days, much of my professional work is through Casimira Partners, where my partner Todd Rollin and I create Personal Identity Blueprints. A Blueprint is the foundation for your bio, website, introductions, and the answer to “What do you do?” It gives people language that sounds like themselves because it came from them.

That work grew naturally from a lifetime of listening. During three decades in retained executive search, I learned to hear the qualities, stories, and distinctions that make someone memorable—even when they couldn’t quite put them into words themselves.

I also continue to help people discover the practical, creative side of artificial intelligence through Grammy’s AI Joy. Rather than focusing on technology for its own sake, I show people how tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and NotebookLM can deepen relationships, spark creativity, solve everyday problems, and make life a little easier and a lot more interesting. I especially enjoy working with curious learners of every age who want AI to feel approachable, useful, and genuinely joyful.

You’ll also find the other things that make up my world: artwork, stories, books, One Dish Delish recipes, and the occasional delightfully irreverent observation about life. I believe technology should make us more human, not less. The same is true of language.

Whether we’re building a Personal Identity Blueprint or simply exploring what’s possible with AI, my goal is the same: to help you recognize yourself more clearly, express yourself more confidently, and enjoy the journey along the way.
